Role description
Role Summary:
Provide operational support and administration of Microsoft 365 services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
- Troubleshoot user, mailbox, and collaboration issues
- Administer user access, licenses, and policies
- Ensure service health monitoring and incident resolution
- Support migrations and upgrades
Skills & Experience:
- 3–8+ years in O365 administration/support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 stack
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Familiarity with identity integration (Azure AD)
