Role Overview
We are seeking qualified and dedicated Primary Teachers (PRT) for all subjects to teach students in primary grades. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and a passion for shaping young minds.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for primary classes.
- Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, EVS/Science, Social Studies, and other foundational subjects as assigned.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities in alignment with school curriculum and guidelines.
- Assess student performance through classwork, homework, tests, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain academic records.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Engage students through interactive and activity-based learning methods.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
- Ensure student safety, well-being, and adherence to school rules.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with B.Ed (mandatory).
- Specialization or training in primary education preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to engage young learners with creativity and patience.
- Proficiency in classroom management and student-centered teaching practices.
