Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Engineer to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
* Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
* Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
* Monitor project costs and resource utilization.
* Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
* Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings.
* Lead and mentor site engineers and project staff.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
* 8–12 years of experience in construction project management.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and quality control.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
* Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong decision-making and team management skills.
Salary: As per company standards / Negotiable based on experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
