Job Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
- Handle statutory compliance related to factory operations and labour regulations
- Coordinate renewal and maintenance of factory-related licenses and approvals
- Liaise with consultants, auditors, and government authorities for compliance activities
- Maintain statutory registers, compliance records, and audit documentation
- Support payroll inputs, contractor compliance, and employee record management
- Supervise administration activities such as housekeeping, security, canteen, and transport coordination
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR and admin operations within the factory

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Experience in factory HR & administration
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
