Job Summary :
Ibraniac Software Pvt. Ltd. is hiring AR Callers for our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The candidate will be responsible for following up with US insurance companies on outstanding medical claims, resolving denials, and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Follow up with US insurance companies on unpaid, denied, rejected, or underpaid medical claims.
- Communicate with US insurance companies regarding claim status.
- Resolve claim denials and underpayments.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Update claim status and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prioritize accounts based on AR aging.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Handle underpaid and partially paid claims by identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action.
Required Skills :
- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Medical Billing, AR Follow-up, and Denial Management.
- Understanding of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance.
- Ability to work independently and achieve daily targets.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
- Candidates with experience in US Healthcare AR Calling or Medical Billing will be given preference.

Shift: US Night Shift/Monday to Friday
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
