We are seeking a results-driven and experienced SEO Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience in a Digital Marketing Agency and possess a strong understanding of search engine optimization strategies, website analysis, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building activities. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering measurable improvements in organic search performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures.
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
- Manage link-building campaigns and acquire high-quality backlinks.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics, rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Identify SEO opportunities and recommend strategies for improving organic visibility.
- Collaborate with content writers and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and industry developments.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports and present insights to management and clients.
- Handle local SEO, citation building, and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Work on international SEO campaigns and multilingual websites, where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven SEO experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush
- Screaming Frog
- Moz
- Google Tag Manager (Preferred)
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and website architecture.
- Experience in backlink analysis and outreach campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling US, UK, China, or international SEO projects.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and content optimization techniques.
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or Webflow.
Pay: ₹9,813.36 - ₹20,753.33 per month
