Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Procurement with core experience in the Networking and Audio-Visual (AV) industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing procurement operations, vendor relationships, and ensuring timely sourcing of networking and AV equipment while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement of Networking and AV products, including switches, routers, cables, racks, AV systems, and related components.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors specific to Networking and AV domains.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to achieve cost savings.
- Coordinate with project, sales, and technical teams to understand material requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain inventory levels and track stock movement.
- Handle vendor performance evaluation and maintain long-term relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor records.
- Stay updated on market trends, product availability, and pricing in Networking and AV industry.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of core experience in Procurement within Networking and AV industry.
- Strong knowledge of Networking (routers, switches, structured cabling) and AV products.
- Proven experience in vendor negotiation and supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Zoho and Tally.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with OEMs and distributors in Networking and AV domain.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
