Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Marketing & Business Development professional. The role involves conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving sales efforts, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including both verbal and written abilities
- Experience in Market Research and analyzing industry trends to identify opportunities
- Expertise in Sales and developing strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy and driving campaigns that deliver results
- Ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service and foster client satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or software development sector is a plus
