- Check all new digital enquiries received from the showroom's website, TVS-related digital campaigns, social media, Google, WhatsApp, online enquiry platforms, and other authorised sources.
- Review pending leads and follow-ups from previous days.
- Prioritise hot, warm, and cold leads.
- Check today's expected showroom visits, test rides, bookings, and deliveries.
- Attend the daily sales meeting and understand the day's sales targets.
2. Immediate Response to Online Enquiries
- Contact new digital leads as quickly as possible.
- Call customers and understand their requirements.
- Respond professionally to enquiries received through WhatsApp, SMS, email, or other approved channels.
- Find out the customer's preferred:
- TVS model
- Variant
- Colour
- Budget
- Location
- Purchase timeline
- Finance requirement
- Exchange requirement
3. Product Explanation Through Digital Channels
- Share correct information about TVS models, variants, features, colours, prices, and available offers.
- Send approved vehicle photos, brochures, videos, specifications, and quotations.
- Explain the difference between suitable models and variants.
- Answer customer questions regarding mileage, performance, features, maintenance, warranty, and availability.
- Avoid making unauthorised claims about discounts, delivery dates, mileage, or finance.
4. Lead Conversion
The main responsibility is to convert digital enquiries into actual sales opportunities.
Typical conversion process:
Online enquiry → Call/WhatsApp → Customer qualification → Showroom visit → Test ride → Quotation → Booking → Finance/Insurance → Delivery
- Convince interested customers to visit the showroom.
- Schedule test rides.
- Arrange appointments with the showroom sales team.
- Follow up with customers who have not yet visited.
- Identify serious buyers and give priority to high-potential leads.
5. WhatsApp Customer Handling
- Respond to customer messages professionally.
- Send approved product information and quotations.
- Share showroom location and appointment details.
- Confirm test-ride appointments.
- Follow up after sending a quotation.
- Avoid excessive or unwanted messages.
- Maintain proper records of important conversations.
6. Digital Lead Follow-Up
Daily follow-up may include:
- New enquiries received today.
- Customers contacted but not responding.
- Customers who requested a quotation.
- Customers who showed interest in a particular model.
- Customers who completed a test ride.
- Customers waiting for finance approval.
- Customers who postponed their purchase.
- Customers who booked but are awaiting delivery.
Each interaction should be updated properly in the CRM/dealer management system.
7. Appointment & Test-Ride Management
- Schedule showroom appointments.
- Coordinate test rides with the showroom team.
- Confirm appointments with customers.
- Send reminders before the appointment.
- Follow up if the customer does not arrive.
- Record test-ride results and customer's purchase interest.
8. Quotation & Price Enquiries
- Prepare or coordinate approved quotations.
- Explain ex-showroom/on-road pricing as applicable.
- Explain finance, insurance, registration, exchange, and accessories separately.
- Follow up after the quotation is sent.
- Coordinate with the showroom sales executive when the customer is ready for negotiation or booking.
9. Finance & Exchange Lead Coordination
- Identify customers interested in finance.
- Collect and forward required information according to showroom procedures.
- Coordinate with the finance team.
- Follow up on loan processing/approval.
- Identify customers interested in exchanging their existing two-wheeler.
- Coordinate exchange evaluation with the appropriate team.
10. CRM & Data Management
This is one of the most important responsibilities.
The Digital Sales Executive should:
- Enter every new lead correctly.
- Update customer contact details.
- Record calls and conversations.
- Record customer requirements.
- Update lead status.
- Schedule the next follow-up date.
- Record showroom visits and test rides.
- Update bookings and sales.
- Close duplicate, invalid, or unreachable leads according to company procedure.
- Keep the CRM database updated every day.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
