Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, or SaaS products.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
