This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation.
- Assist in HR operations, attendance, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Support employer branding and job posting activities.
Required Skills
- MBA (HR) pursuing or completed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
