Job Description
Cosmetica India Academy is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in admissions, education counseling, or academic sales. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students about our courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for smooth enrollment.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor or Education Counsellor.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Graduate in any discipline.
