Role & Responsibilities
* Assist in developing store layouts, space plans and design concepts for new Tyaani stores.
* Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings, layouts, elevations and working drawings.
* Support the vendor team in 3D visualisation and design presentations.
* Participate in site surveys and prepare accurate site measurements and documentation.
* Coordinate design requirements with Projects, Business Development, Operations,
vendors and external architects.
* Assist in reviewing architectural, civil, electrical, HVAC, lighting, façade and signage
requirements.
* Support preparation of BOQs, material specifications and design documentation.
* Track design changes and ensure drawings are updated accurately and on time.
* Visit project sites to understand execution and identify deviations between approved
design and actual work.
* Research new materials, finishes, lighting concepts and design trends relevant to luxury
retail and jewellery stores.
* Explore innovative and cost-effective design solutions without compromising the premium
customer experience.
Requirements:
* Pursuing or recently completed B.Arch / B.Des / Interior Architecture / Interior Design or a
related qualification.
* Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.
* Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop or similar design tools will be
an advantage.
* Good understanding of space planning, materials, detailing and architectural drawings.
* Strong aesthetic sense with an interest in luxury retail design.
* Comfortable with site visits and working in a fast-paced retail expansion environment.
* Strong attention to detail, ownership and willingness to learn.
* Ability to think creatively while remaining practical and cost-conscious.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
