The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, generating sales leads, conducting client meetings, promoting Nature Grid's renewable energy solutions, and achieving assigned sales targets within the allocated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, references, digital enquiries, and local networking.
- Meet residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers to understand their energy requirements.
- Promote Nature Grid's renewable energy products and services.
- Explain the financial and environmental benefits of solar and clean energy solutions.
- Conduct site visits along with the technical team whenever required.
- Prepare customer quotations in coordination with the engineering team.
- Follow up with prospects until successful closure.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop relationships with architects, builders, electrical contractors, RWAs, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Submit daily visit reports, weekly pipeline reports, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with project execution and customer support teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering will be an added advantage.
- MBA (Marketing) is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales or business development.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
- Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical Products, Construction, HVAC, Engineering, or Industrial Equipment will be preferred.
