- Install, commission, and test equipment or machines at customer locations.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs efficiently.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
- Respond promptly to service calls and attend breakdowns as per service schedules.
- Train customers on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain service records, inspection reports, and documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and technical teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards while performing service activities.
- Monitor spare parts requirements and coordinate for timely procurement and replacement.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
