Role Description
The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing digital content across social media, websites, and other online channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing content ideas, scripting and producing short-form videos, designing visual assets, writing captions and posts, and optimizing content for engagement and reach. The role involves collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and to support campaigns and initiatives. The Digital Content Creator will also monitor performance analytics, experiment with new formats, and refine content based on audience insights and trends. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in digital content creation, including social media posts, short-form video, and visual storytelling.
- Candidates should possess skills in copywriting, storytelling, and basic editing for clear, engaging, and brand-aligned communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in using common design and video tools including AI (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar) to produce polished digital assets.
- Candidates should possess skills in analyzing content performance, understanding audience behavior, and applying insights to improve future content.
- Candidates should possess skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing deadlines, and organizing multiple content projects.
- Relevant experience in digital media, marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
- An interest in staying updated on digital trends, platforms, and best practices will be considered an advantage.
