- Educate patients and attendants about disease, treatment, and procedures.
- Explain medication usage, diet, and lifestyle modifications.
- Provide discharge counselling and follow-up instructions.
- Educate patients on patient rights and responsibilities as per NABH.
- Conduct health awareness and preventive care sessions.
- Maintain proper documentation of patient education activities.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
- Assist in patient feedback and grievance handling.
- Support NABH standards implementation and audit activities.
- Educate patients on infection control, safety, and hygiene practices.
