Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Lead and manage the sales team.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build channel partner and customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
