The Role You'll Play As a Senior Accountant – Accounts & Finance, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reconciliations, audit coordination, and payment processes while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the organization's financial records. In addition to the responsibilities listed below, you should be open to taking up related initiatives that support financial accuracy, compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
Mandatory / Key Requirements:
1. Good accounting and compliance experience
2. Account finalisation and Excel Financials
3. Basic understanding of Accounting standards
4. Accounting process knowledge
5. Reconsiliations and good with Excel
6. Accounting automation
7. MIS skills
- Hands-on experience in GST work and filing, or at minimum practical exposure to GST-related activities.
- Experience in TDS working, filing, and payments.
- Should be able to independently handle closing entries and book closing/month-end closing.
- Should have audit experience, preferably exposure to statutory/internal/tax audits.
- Good working knowledge of Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
- Experience in Payroll processing.
- Knowledge/experience of PF and PT compliance and filings
- .Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools for accounting, reporting, analysis, or process improvement.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹91,666.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
