Position: OT In-Charge
Department: Operation Theatre (OT)
Institution: Dr. N. Y. Tasgaonkar Institute of Medical Science & Raigad Hospital & Research Centre, Karjat, Raigad
Qualification
- M.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
- Valid Nursing Registration.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Operation Theatre, with supervisory experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all Operation Theatre activities.
- Ensure OT preparedness, sterility, and infection control practices.
- Schedule and manage OT cases in coordination with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff.
- Monitor availability of surgical instruments, consumables, and equipment.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of OT records.
- Supervise OT technicians and nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, NMC, and hospital policies.
- Coordinate maintenance and calibration of OT equipment.
- Monitor patient safety standards before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Conduct staff training and ensure adherence to OT protocols.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
