We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Brand Data & E-Commerce Listing Executive to join our ecommerce team. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, good knowledge of MS Excel, and the ability to manage product data accurately and efficiently across ecommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter product details, pricing, and inventory data into ecommerce platforms accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update product listings including descriptions, images, and specifications
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Assist with data analysis and reporting using MS Excel and other tools
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure data consistency across systems
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company data
Requirements & Skills
✔ Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables)
✔ Strong typing speed with high accuracy
✔ Excellent attention to detail and data quality mindset
✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Experience as a Data Entry Operator, Back Office Executive, or similar role is preferred
Preferred / Added Advantage
Prior experience with ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, etc.
Familiarity with product listing and cataloguing
Knowledge of PIM tools and data management systems
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
