Bar Helper Duties & Responsibilities
Key duties include:
- Assisting bartenders in preparing and serving beverages.
- Cleaning and maintaining the bar counter, shelves, and equipment.
- Restocking liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice, and other bar supplies.
- Ensuring refrigerators and storage areas are organized and adequately stocked.
- Preparing basic garnishes such as lemon wedges, mint leaves, and fruit slices.
- Collecting and disposing of waste, empty bottles, and used materials.
- Maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies.
- Receiving and storing bar supplies and deliveries properly.
- Supporting service staff with beverage orders during busy periods.
- Following safety procedures and handling equipment responsibly.
- Providing courteous and professional assistance to guests when required
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of beverages and bar operations.
- Good organizational and cleaning skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift supplies.
- Teamwork and effective communication skills.
- Attention to cleanliness and detail.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
