Ahamyo Care is seeking a highly organized, execution-focused, and result-driven Operations Manager to oversee and streamline operations across multiple clinic locations. The role requires ownership of operational excellence, compliance, audits, SOP implementation, vendor management, clinic launches, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure uniform standards across all centers.
The ideal candidate should possess strong healthcare operations experience, leadership skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to drive accountability across teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Clinic Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of all clinic locations.
Ensure smooth functioning of front office, clinical support, housekeeping, inventory, and administrative activities.
Monitor operational KPIs and productivity metrics across centers.
Drive operational consistency and service excellence across all clinics.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively.
2. Clinic Audits & Compliance
Conduct regular operational audits across all clinics.
Develop and maintain audit checklists and reporting mechanisms.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
Monitor corrective action plans and closure timelines.
Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
3. SOP Development & Implementation
Design, document, and continuously improve operational SOPs.
Ensure SOP implementation across all clinic locations.
Conduct staff training and orientation on SOP compliance.
Monitor adherence and take corrective measures where deviations are identified.
Standardize patient experience and operational workflows.
4. Vendor & Facility Management
Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, AMC providers, and service partners.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements.
Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
Ensure timely procurement and availability of operational resources.
Optimize costs without compromising quality standards.
5. New Clinic Setup & Expansion
Lead end-to-end execution of new clinic setups.
Coordinate from agreement signing to operational launch.
Manage timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, procurement, branding, infrastructure, and licensing requirements.
Ensure readiness of manpower, equipment, systems, and processes before launch.
Support expansion strategy and rollout plans.
6. Operational Gap Closure
Identify operational gaps through audits, reviews, and stakeholder feedback.
Implement corrective and preventive action plans.
Improve efficiency, productivity, patient experience, and profitability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across clinics.
7. Team Coordination & Leadership
Coordinate with Clinic Managers, Reception Teams, Physiotherapists, Doctors, and Corporate Functions.
Conduct periodic review meetings.
Drive accountability and performance management.
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of operational staff.
8. Reporting & MIS
Develop and maintain operational dashboards and MIS reports.
Monitor:
Revenue performance
Patient footfall
Conversion rates
Resource utilization
Inventory status
Audit scores
Vendor performance
Present actionable insights to senior managemet
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in Operations or Healthcare Management preferred.
Experience Required
2 years of operations experience minimum
Minimum 3 years in healthcare, clinic chain, hospital, diagnostics, rehabilitation, or allied healthcare operations.
Experience managing multiple locations is mandatory.
Experience in healthcare expansion projects and clinic setup preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
