Job Summary :
We are looking for a hardworking and active Machine Helper & Packing Assistant to support machine operators in daily production work. The role includes helping in machine operations, handling materials, checking product quality, and packing plastic covers properly as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist machine operators during production activities
- Feed and handle raw materials for machines
- Collect finished products from machines
- Check plastic covers for quality and defects
- Pack plastic covers neatly and accurately
- Seal, label, and arrange packed materials
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area
- Follow company safety rules and instructions
- Support supervisors and production team when required
Requirements :
- Minimum 8th / 10th / 12th Pass
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in machine helper or packing work is an added advantage
- Physically fit and able to work in shifts
- Basic understanding of factory work preferred
- Teamwork and discipline required
Skills Required :
- Basic machine handling support
- Packing and sorting skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions :
- Factory / Production environment
- Standing work for long hours may be required
- Day / Night shift based on production requirements
