Job Description
General Summary of role: As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with key customers. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving account growth, and identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell. Your role will be integral in maintaining long-term partnerships and contributing to Wai Technologies' revenue growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Account Management & Client Relationship:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, challenges, and opportunities.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, positioning Wai Technologies as their preferred technology partner.
Revenue Growth & Business Expansion:

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Wai Technologies’ solutions and services.

Work closely with the sales and technical teams to develop proposals and presentations that align with client needs.

Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing structures to maximize account profitability.
Project & Delivery Oversight:

Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure project success and seamless execution of services.

Monitor project progress, manage client expectations, and proactively address concerns.

Ensure account retention by delivering consistent value and solving customer challenges effectively.
Customer Success & Experience:

Drive customer success initiatives by ensuring clients achieve their business objectives through Wai Technologies' solutions.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product and service improvements.

Monitor key account metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, retention rates, and revenue contribution.
Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate account records, meeting notes, and action plans in CRM tools.

Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on account performance and growth opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:
-
7+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales roles in IT services or software solutions.

Proven track record of managing enterprise clients and driving revenue growth.

Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions, AI, and digital transformation services.

Experience working with clients in industries such as Healthcare and Logistics is a plus

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g.D365 CRM Suite) and account management methodologies.
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

Experience working in a small to mid-sized IT services company with high-growth ambitions.

Prior experience in managing global clients, particularly in the U.S and European region

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
