Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, increasing brand visibility, and improving campaign performance through data-driven strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising
- Plan, create, and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing).
- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure cost-effective lead generation.
Campaign Optimization
- Perform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Implement strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Track and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
Analytics & Tracking
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Manage Meta Pixel and event tracking.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements based on campaign data.
Coordination & Support
- Collaborate with the design and content teams for ad creatives and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales teams to track lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing lead generation campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Canva or basic creative review skills.
