- Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, cookies, breads, and other bakery products.
- Develop and decorate desserts according to company standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering bakery ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery section.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Manage production schedules to meet daily operational requirements.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
Pay: ₹11,068.10 - ₹45,246.49 per month
