Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Precast Engineer / Supervisor with 2–5 years of experience in the manufacturing of precast concrete products, including paver blocks, kerb stones, interlocking tiles, and other precast elements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production activities of paver blocks, kerb stones, interlocking tiles, and other precast products.
- Monitor batching, casting, curing, demolding, and quality control processes.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining required quality standards.
- Manage manpower, raw materials, and production equipment efficiently.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and product rejections.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in precast concrete manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of concrete mix design, production processes, and quality control practices.
- Strong supervisory, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle production planning and troubleshoot operational issues.
