About the Role
You will be the first voice a student hears when they reach out to us. Your job is to call leads, understand what they actually need, qualify them and pass the right ones to our sales team. Sounds simple. Done well, it is the engine of the entire business.
What You'll Do
- Call and connect with student leads who have enquired about housing abroad
- Understand their plans: university, city, budget, timelines
- Qualify leads and route them to the right sales team member
- Maintain clean, accurate records of every conversation in the CRM
- Share feedback from calls to help us improve our pitch and process
What We're Looking For
- 0 to 1 year of experience (freshers are very welcome)
- Excellent communication skills in English, you genuinely enjoy talking to people
- Confidence on calls, with the patience to listen more than you speak
- Basic comfort with tools like Google Sheets and CRMs (we will teach you the rest)
- A self-starter attitude and hunger to learn how sales actually works
