Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our services, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain products and services clearly.
Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls.
Convert inquiries into sales or appointments.
Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to close sales.
Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.
Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
Requirements
Any Graduate
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
Basic English communication is an added advantage.
Good computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
