Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Ensure stock availability and maintain inventory records.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Supervise staff and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Process orders, billing, and transactions accurately.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for stock procurement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail/store management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle store operations independently.
- Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems preferred.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
