- Minimum Graduate in any discipline
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (experience in hospital purchase/stores operations will be an added advantage)
- Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and time-sensitive environment
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day activities of the Purchase Department and Stores
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials
- Support in inventory management, stock verification, and documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the hospital’s inventory system
