Role Overview
· We are looking for highly energetic, aggressive, and target-oriented Channel Partner Sourcing Executives who can help expand our broker and investor network across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan-Dombivli, Mira-Bhayandar, and Pune investor markets.
· The candidate will be responsible for broker acquisition, onboarding, follow-ups, meeting coordination, site visit generation, and targeted booking support.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and source new brokers/channel partners daily
· Build and maintain CP database
· Cold call and pitch project opportunities
· Schedule broker meetings and presentations
· Onboard active CPs into FireFlies network
· Maintain regular communication with brokers
· Share inventory updates, pricing, offers, and schemes
· Arrange and coordinate client site visits through CPs
· Coordinate with internal sales team for closures
· Maintain daily activity reports and CRM updates
· Generate targeted sales through CP network
· Activate inactive brokers through continuous follow-ups
Daily KPI Expectations
· 80–120 outbound calls daily
· 15–25 new broker data additions daily
· 30–40 meaningful broker conversations
· 2–5 broker meetings scheduled daily
· 50+ follow-up activities daily
· Weekly site visit targets
· Monthly broker onboarding targets
Required Skills
· Excellent communication and convincing skills
· Real estate sourcing experience preferred
· Strong follow-up and negotiation capability
· Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing and CRM tools
· Basic Excel and reporting skills
· Ability to work under pressure and targets
· Relationship-building mindset
Experience & Eligibility
· 3–4 years’ experience preferred
· Real estate industry background preferred
· Mumbai market knowledge preferred
· Any graduate can apply
Salary Structure
· Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹40,000
· Performance incentives based on bookings and CP activation
· Travel reimbursements applicable
Hybrid Work Structure
· Combination of Work From Home, broker meetings, field visits, and office reviews
· Mandatory daily reporting
· Weekly physical review meetings
· Field meetings across Mumbai region
· Core working availability: 10 AM – 7 PM
· 6 Days Working with 1 rotational week off
Market Standard Work Policies
· Daily CRM updates are mandatory
· All broker and investor data remain company property
· Professional communication etiquette must be maintained
· Timely reporting and follow-ups are compulsory
· Target-driven performance evaluation
· Company confidentiality policies must be followed
· Unprofessional behavior with brokers or clients will not be tolerated
· Employees must remain available during active business hours
· Field visits and broker meetings are compulsory when scheduled
