Job Description :
Deal Structuring & Closing: Salespeople act as intermediaries; when negotiations reach a tricky point, the Team Leader steps in to appraise trade-ins, calculate finance terms, and authorize the final price of the vehicle.
Team Leadership: Train, and mentor the sales staff, holding daily meetings to review goals, leads, and performance metrics.
Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data to forecast goals, manage department budgets, and adjust commission structures.
Customer Escalation: Handle customer complaints, ensuring high satisfaction and addressing any friction during the buying process.
