Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling & Tele Calling
· Handle leads generated through social media campaigns and marketing activities
· Make up to 70 outbound calls per day
· Speak professionally with entrepreneurs and business owners
· Explain YES membership benefits, activities, and networking opportunities clearly
· Convince prospects to join YES membership programs
· Conduct regular and structured follow-ups with interested leads
· Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions, and lead status
Lead Tracking & Reporting
· Update lead tracker and CRM records on a daily basis
· Maintain proper follow-up schedules and conversion updates
· Share daily calling and progress reports with the reporting manager
· Monitor lead status and ensure timely follow-up for maximum conversions
Required Skills
· Good communication skills in Tamil and English
· Strong convincing and follow-up skills
· Professional telephone etiquette
· Basic computer and Excel knowledge
· Ability to achieve calling and conversion targets
Qualification
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Interest in business networking and entrepreneurship
· Experience in telecalling, customer support, or lead generation is an added advantage
· Self-motivated and target-oriented candidate
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
