About Pixelnest Solution
Pixelnest Solution is looking for a motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from various sources.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and business insights from datasets.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and reporting needs.
- Maintain and update databases, reports, and dashboards.
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
- Assist management and internal teams with data-driven decision-making.
- Automate recurring reports and improve existing reporting processes where possible.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data cleaning.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Good understanding of data analysis and basic statistical concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Candidates with certifications or practical projects in Data Analytics, SQL, Excel, or Power BI will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong analytical skills and relevant academic/personal projects are welcome to apply.
Experience
- Freshers to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with internship experience in data analysis/reporting are encouraged to apply.
