Senior Marketing Manager – BM Clinic, Nanganallur
We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our complete marketing department, including digital marketing and referral marketing.
The candidate should be capable of handling social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, content planning, field referral team, doctor networking, local tie-ups, campaign planning, lead tracking, and team management.
Experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, aesthetic, dental, fertility, diagnostic, or wellness marketing is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing digital and referral marketing teams
- Planning campaigns for all clinic departments
- Building doctor and community referral networks
- Improving quality leads, walk-ins, and conversions
- Monitoring Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media, and WhatsApp campaigns
- Managing field executives and referral coordinators
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Maintaining premium brand image of BM Elite
Location: Nanganallur, Chennai
Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Experience: 5 to 8 years preferred
Salary: Based on experience
Language: English and Tamil required
