About the Role
We are seeking a School ERP Functional Consultant who can understand educational institution processes and implement ERP solutions that streamline academic and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with school management, teachers, administrative staff, and technical teams to gather requirements, configure the ERP system, provide training, and ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
● Analyze school operations and gather business requirements from management and
stakeholders
● Configure School ERP modules based on client needs and academic/administrative workflows.
● Manage the project from requirement gathering to Go-live.
● Coordinate with the technical team for customisations, integrations, and system enhancements.
● Conduct UAT, user training, and documentation to ensure successful system adoption.
● Provide post-implementation support, resolve functional issues, and assist with data migration
and system setup.
● Travel to client locations for requirement discussions, implementation, training, and support activities when required.

● Ability to conduct client meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
● Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
● 2–5 years of experience in ERP Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, or EdTech ERP
implementation.
● Experience working with schools, colleges, educational institutions, or EdTech companies.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
● Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
