Job Description:
We are hiring 6 Transport Executives to manage daily employee transportation operations for our corporate clients in Pune. The ideal candidates should have prior experience in handling large-scale employee transport for corporates, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage ground-level operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day transport operations including trip planning, vehicle allocation, and routing.
- Coordinate with drivers, transport vendors, and client transport teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor trip movements in real-time and proactively resolve delays or issues.
- Maintain high standards of employee safety, punctuality, and service quality.
- Handle rostering, shift planning, and route optimization using transport software/tools.
- Maintain operational reports related to trip data, fuel consumption, attendance, and incidents.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalation resolution during transport hours.
- Ensure compliance with Routematic’s SOPs and client SLAs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any stream 0–2 years of hands-on experience in corporate employee transport operations.
- Strong knowledge of Pune city routes and traffic patterns.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
