Job Summary
The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance management, and supporting organizational development initiatives. The role requires strong experience in HR operations and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage insurance policies for employees including claims, renewals, and coordination with service providers
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems
- Collaborate with management to drive HR strategy and organizational development initiatives
- Handle end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
- Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
- Assist in payroll coordination and HR documentation management
- Manage employee records, HRIS updates, and reporting
Requirements
- 10–12 years of progressive experience in HR operations and administration
- Proven experience in managing large teams
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and payroll management
- Experience in leadership development and training programs
- Exposure to insurance management and employee benefits administration
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
