About the role : We are looking for a sharp Senior Executive – Sales Operations to manage post-sales support, supply chain coordination, and account management at Ganesh Enterprises. You will link field sales, warehouse, and accounts to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and quick collections.
What You'll Do :
- Manage daily B2B orders, track warehouse dispatches, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Follow up on outstanding client payments and manage credit tracking with Accounts.
- Act as the primary contact for key accounts for order updates and issue resolution.
- Coordinate daily with field sales and logistics to prevent dispatch delays.
- Maintain rate lists, invoices, and generate basic operational reports using spreadsheets.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve order discrepancies.
Who Should Apply :
- 4–6 years in Sales Operations, Order Management, or B2B Support (FMCG/trading preferred).
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and word processors.
- Clear communication in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Can join immediately or within 15 days.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
