We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented B2B Sales Head to lead and expand our institutional and corporate sales business. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in selling ice cream products and a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing distribution networks, and acquiring key B2B accounts. The role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to drive sustainable revenue growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Drive sales growth through acquisition of new business opportunities in the ice cream segment.
- Identify and onboard key institutional clients, hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, supermarkets, modern trade outlets, distributors, and corporate accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key decision-makers.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the B2B sales team to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure profitable business growth.
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports for management review.
- Ensure effective collection management and maintain healthy receivables.
- Expand market presence by identifying new territories and business opportunities.
- Participate in trade events, exhibitions, and industry networking activities to promote the company's products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 8–15 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Mandatory experience in the Ice Cream Industry.
- Proven experience in selling ice cream products through institutional, HoReCa, distributor, and corporate channels.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
