Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience & Order Management
- Welcome guests, present menus, and offer detailed explanations of dishes and beverage pairings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them efficiently into the POS system.
- Accommodate guest dietary restrictions and allergies by coordinating directly with the kitchen crew.
- Ensure Quality: Check table setups, handle POS billing, and maintain strict food safety standards.
- Resolve Issues: Handle guest complaints immediately to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Captain or Senior Waiter.
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Restaurant POS systems.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
