About the Role
Jewel Saga is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in content planning, campaign execution, and creating engaging social media content for brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels
- Create engaging content ideas, captions, reels, and campaign strategies
- Plan and execute social media calendars and marketing campaigns
- Stay updated with current trends, viral content, and storytelling formats
- Coordinate with the creative team for shoots, creatives, and brand communication
- Monitor audience engagement, community management, and brand interactions
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in social media management
- Experience handling brand or business social media accounts
- Strong knowledge of content creation, campaign management, and audience engagement
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, and CorelDRAW
- Good understanding of reels, trends, and storytelling content
- Excellent English communication and creative thinking skills
- Knowledge of luxury, fashion, or jewellery branding will be an added advantage
