DigitalClouds is looking for a detail-oriented and organized CRM Intern who wants practical exposure in client coordination, lead management, and relationship handling within a fast-growing digital marketing agency.
Role Overview
As a CRM Intern, you will be responsible for managing leads, maintaining client records, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in Client Relationship Management, Sales Operations, and Business Coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM software with accurate client and lead data
- Track daily follow-ups and lead status updates
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Ensure timely client communication
- Prepare basic reports on lead conversions and performance
- Assist in onboarding new clients
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Interest in client servicing and operations
Eligibility
- BBA / MBA / Management students or fresh graduates
- Candidates interested in Sales Support, CRM, or Client Handling
