Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive who can engage with inbound and outbound leads, understand client requirements, and support the sales team in closing deals. The ideal candidate must be comfortable communicating in multiple languages and have strong persuasion and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound pre-sales calls and enquiries
- Qualify leads and understand business requirements
- Communicate clearly with prospects in multiple languages
- Explain products/services and resolve initial queries
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth handover
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status
- Follow up with prospects to drive conversions
Eligibility & Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be fluent in English + at least 2 regional languages
(e.g., Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable with targets and performance metrics
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- Prior experience in pre-sales / inside sales is preferred

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
