About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM – GT Sales) to drive General Trade business growth in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for strengthening distribution, expanding outlet coverage, achieving sales targets, and managing distributor & retailer relationships effectively.
The ideal candidate should have strong FMCG sales experience, excellent team-handling capabilities, and the ability to execute market growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive General Trade (GT) sales and achieve monthly & quarterly targets
- Strengthen distributor network and ensure smooth operations
- Increase market reach, outlet coverage, and product visibility
- Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key market stakeholders
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives
- Monitor secondary sales and ensure availability of products in the market
- Execute promotional activities and market development initiatives
- Analyze sales performance, ROI, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure effective implementation of company sales strategies in the assigned territory

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in FMCG sales
- Proven track record in General Trade sales management
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Local market understanding of South Delhi will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
