A Service CRM role focuses on managing customer relationships after sales or during service operations using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Handle customer service requests, complaints, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with service engineers, technicians, or support teams
- Schedule service appointments and track completion status
- Generate service reports, invoices, and customer feedback records
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution
- Track warranty, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), or service history
- Prepare MIS reports and service performance data
- Support sales and service teams with customer information

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
