Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align software solutions with strategic objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong expertise in data integration, transformation, and migration processes using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Experience in designing scalable data workflows and optimizing performance for large datasets.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and implement effective solutions within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with data quality management and ensuring data accuracy throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
