Job Summary
We are looking for skilled and motivated Senior Technicians, Junior Technicians, and Trainee Technicians to join our Service Department. The selected candidates will be responsible for vehicle inspection, servicing, repair, maintenance, and ensuring high-quality work in accordance with company and manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and identify vehicle mechanical and technical issues.
- Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
- Inspect vehicles and identify faults or potential problems.
- Carry out repair and replacement of vehicle components as required.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
- Follow manufacturer/service centre repair procedures and safety standards.
- Ensure all assigned jobs are completed accurately and within the required time.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workshop.
- Maintain proper tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop team members when required.
- Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Senior Technician – Additional Responsibilities
- Handle complex diagnostic and repair jobs independently.
- Guide and support Junior and Trainee Technicians.
- Ensure quality of work and minimize repeat repairs.
- Assist in identifying technical issues and providing suitable solutions.
Junior Technician – Additional Responsibilities
- Perform routine servicing, inspections, and basic repairs under supervision.
- Assist Senior Technicians in complex repair and diagnostic work.
- Develop technical knowledge and practical skills.
Trainee Technician – Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with servicing, repairs, and workshop activities.
- Learn vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Follow instructions from Senior Technicians and Workshop Supervisors.
- Maintain tools and workshop cleanliness.
- Develop practical automotive technical skills through hands-on training.
Eligibility
Senior Technician: Minimum 3 years of relevant automobile workshop experience.
Junior Technician: Minimum 1 year of relevant automobile workshop experience.
Trainee Technician: Freshers with ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering are preferred.
Skills Required
- Basic/strong knowledge of automobile systems and components.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
